This is an excellent deal, although not quite as generous as past deals where they offered $15 Lowe’s eGift cards rather than $10 denominations.
The purchase fee on $200 Visa gift cards at Lowe’s is $6.95, so the $10 Lowe’s eGift cards you get free more than offset that fee even after accounting for the fact that you’ll earn less if reselling the $10 cards.
As far as I’m aware they do enforce the limit of two per email address, but I’m sure many of us have access to more than one email address.

I can’t think of any off the top of my head. I used an Amex card with a +4 referral offer attached to it to earn 5x.

With these Visa gift cards, can you use them on Raise and Slide to purchase other GCs to, say, Amazon?
You can use them anywhere you can normally use Visa gift cards. They’re issued by MetaBank which means it can be harder to use them for money orders at some retailers.
Slide has stopped taking my Metabank VGCs. They keep returning an error. I tried several of them with no luck.

Anyway to recoup the lost $5 on each of the Lowe’s gift cards redeemed on this offer prior to 12/8?

I contacted them on December 3 and followed up today and they’re supposedly still looking into it.
I also sent in messages early on and it’s been radio silence since. Any luck on your end?
Not yet. I’ve followed up a few times and keep getting told it’s going to take a little longer. I don’t mind pestering them until they get tired of me though.
Well that is ridic. I just emailed and if I don’t get my money I am going to write the CEO. This is a slam dunk class action waiting to happen. Cannot believe these crooks want to steal our money. Had plenty of time to fix but dragging their feet. No excuse.
So I emailed these bozos and got a form response. Then emailed CEO and got nothing. So now I’m pretty ticked off. Shopping around as a class action. And will consider an individual suit. Really not worth my time. Even after all these years, I’m still shocked at companies that 1) don’t know they’re screwing over the little guy and 2) don’t care once you tell them. I think I will just do an FTC complaint and tack on a $50 fee for my time. FML.
Update: I emailed the CSR again today again and she offered me a 25 gift card, which I accepted.
