In the past it’s been possible to scale the deal. However, similar to what Target has done in the past when identifying people gaming limits like that, they have been known to deactivate cards and so it’s up to you as to whether you want to deal with that hassle or not.
This will be a very popular deal seeing as the $15 card is a regular eGift card rather than a bonus card that expires which means that it can be resold. As a result, this could well sell out sooner than its scheduled end date, so buy ASAP if you’re interested.

Little tip…. if folks are getting deals killed, even when using the same cc, email, phone #, etc. as before, the issue may be that buyatab now kills all deals not using gmail or yahoo mail. (In my case, a gmx address — which I used for my last deal with buyatab a year ago — have been getting auto-cancelled…. Well, at least this time I could find out what the blazes the issue is) Shame on Lowes for using buyatab
