Kroger has offered a few of these digital coupons recently and they’re a great way to help offset the activation fees on Visa and Mastercard gift cards. The previous deals had been valid on variable load gift cards in addition to fixed-value ones and I suspect it’ll be the same with this offer too seeing as there’s no variable load exclusion listed.
