The Groupon gift cards appear to be adding as added value rather than a discount. When the Groupon gift card is added to the cart, the price is $50 and the face value says $57.50
Just saw your comment after updating the post – very sneaky, but I’m assuming it was an accident on their part in how it was set up versus its description. Could be easy to miss though when checking out if buying a bunch of cards in the same transaction.
