This is an excellent deal, especially because you can buy a total of 27 cards seeing as there’s a limit of 3 per brand.
It might be worth waiting until November 17 to buy these as Kroger will be offering 4x fuel points from then. The danger with that is if this deal sells out before that; you’ll still earn 2x fuel points right now which is a good deal nonetheless.

I see JC Penney is on a couple of these cards (Happy Bride, Happy Student). Can you buy 3rd party gift cards with these cards there?
I’ve not tried it myself at JCPenney, but doing that has worked at Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond.
