Tips & Ideas
Buying a $250 gift card for one of the vacation brands will earn you 1,000 fuel points. Those can be redeemed for $1 off per gallon of fuel on up to 35 gallons. That means you can save up to 14% on gas – a pretty decent discount on some of the participating brands and potentially profitable for reselling.
As for the Visa and Mastercard deal, you’ll come out ahead if you buy $100 cards and are able to fill up with more than 13.5 gallons once you take into account activation fees on those cards.
