Needless to say, digital coupons offering 4x fuel points on all gift cards are better, but vacation and dining gift cards make up a significant proportion of the gift cards sold at Kroger.

With this promotion, spending $250 on participating gift cards will earn 1,000 fuel points. 1,000 fuel points are worth $1 off per gallon on up to 35 gallons. If you can maximize your fill-ups to use all 35 gallons (perhaps filling two cars), you’ll save $35. Based on your initial spend of $250, that works out to be a 14% discount.
