These are some nice deals if you were targeted for them, particularly the one for a variable load Visa or Mastercard gift card seeing as that’ll also stack with the offer for $3 off a variable load card.
Kroger is offering 4x fuel points from September 4-7, so it might be worth waiting until the holiday weekend to buy these cards to maximize the fuel points you earn. For example, buying a $25 Starbucks gift card will earn you a total of 300 fuel points (100 fuel points from the 4x offer plus 200 from the targeted digital coupon). 300 fuel points can be redeemed for 30c off each gallon of gas on up to 35 gallons. That can therefore save you up to $10.50 on gas which is 42% of what you spent on the gift card.
