You can buy a Jo Malone gift card in-store to lock in the 20% discount from this offer. eGift card purchases won’t work as payment is processed by CashStar. I initially thought that buying physical cards online would work too because it looks like Jo Malone processes payment for those orders themselves. However, the terms specifically exclude both digital and physical gift card purchases online and Amex normally only lists an exclusion like that when they know a transaction won’t be processed correctly to trigger the offer. I’d therefore be cautious about buying their physical gift cards online in case it does get processed differently.
