When this deal was run in the past it was only ever eligible on Happy gift cards; this time Giving Good gift cards have been included. They’ve done that once before, but that was a different type of promotion where they offered 30c off rather than this version of the offer which is 20c.
Hy-Vee’s fuel program has a limit of 20 gallons per fill-up, so this offer means you can save up to 8% on gas. While that’s not amazing, it might still be of interest for some gift card resellers, especially when taking into account all the credit cards temporarily offering bonused spend at grocery stores right now. It’s sadly not as good as some of their other recent deals on Happy gift cards which gave 30c off for every $50 spent on gift cards.
