This appears to be a targeted offer, but we’ll hopefully see the $10 statement credit version on Amex Connect which would allow you to choose which card to add it to.
20% off Hotels.com gift cards is a decent discount. In the past it was possible to combine gift card balances online which was helpful as you can only redeem one gift card when making a reservation. Their online gift card consolidation hasn’t worked for a year or more though, so you have to call in to do that which is a little more inconvenient.
