Update 2: This dining credit is available on all kinds of Hilton, Marriott and Delta cards, so those are listed below.
Update: I just noticed that I had a ‘Spend $5, get $5 back’ offer on my no fee Hilton card, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a $15 or $20 offer on the Aspire card; I don’t have the Aspire card anymore, so please let us know in the comments below if you have an offer on that card.
These offers are bonkers. The $110 in dining credits exceed the Surpass card’s annual fee, while the no fee card is getting $55 in dining credits over the course of the year.

Tips & Ideas
Amex has been killing it with great Amex Offers and spending offers recently and here’s a brand new one. It shouldn’t be hard to max this out organically each month seeing as most people will spend $10 on dining.
If you get to the end of the month and haven’t spent $10, it should be possible to buy a $10 gift card to lock in the benefit even though gift card purchases are excluded. Some restaurants let you load value to your account in their apps, so that’s another option rather than buying gift cards specifically. For example, you can do that in the Starbucks and Chick-fil-A apps among others.
