SaveYa has announced that it’ll be shutting down operations next month.
SaveYa is a gift card reselling site that both bought third party gift cards for a set amount and offered a platform to resell your cards to other people.
They’ve advised that they won’t accept any new listings after April 26, 2019 and will remove all gift card sales from its site on May 20, 2019.
You’ll still be able to access your account details until June 26, 2019. If you need copies of your records though, I’d download those ASAP just in case that timeline is brought forward.
I’d sold gift cards directly to SaveYa several years ago before getting access to bulk seller rates. In the last few years, they seemed to pivot more from buying gift cards themselves at a set rate to working as a platform for you to sell your cards to other buyers. I suspect that Raise has proved to be more successful at the latter business model, hence SaveYa shutting its doors.
