The terms of the offer for third party gift cards are unclear. The image above and their weekly ad doesn’t mention there being any restrictions on which brands are eligible, but the digital coupon itself refers to ‘participating’ gift cards. That wording is used when only select categories are eligible for 4x fuel points.
That would be in keeping with Kroger’s current 4x promotion as that’s only eligible on dining, entertainment and Happy gift cards. Although Harris Teeter is owned by Kroger, their fuel points programs run separately. The image above only includes dining, entertainment and Visa gift cards, so that would be in keeping with Kroger’s list of eligible cards too.
