Harris Teeter is owned by Kroger, but their fuel points programs run separately. That means that even if you’ve already loaded the 4x digital coupons to your Kroger account (or for one of their other affiliate stores), you’d need to load the Harris Teeter digital coupons if you’re planning on buying any gift cards at their stores.
Note also that the promotion dates are different. While Kroger’s offer is only valid from September 4-7, Harris Teeter’s is valid from today (September 2) through September 8.
