Harris Teeter is owned by Kroger, but their 4x fuel point deals tend to be run a little differently in terms of their dates. For example, Kroger has digital coupons for the same two deals (here and here), but their deal is only valid January 30 to February 2. Harris Teeter on the other hand launched this promo on January 29 (apologies for the delayed post) and doesn’t expire until February 18.
