There’s a digital coupon for this deal, so I’m assuming you need to load that to take advantage of this deal.
IIRC from shopping at some H-E-B stores last year though, most (or all) of their in-store offers have paper coupons hanging next to the products. If that’s the case and they have them for this deal, it might mean you can do this deal more than once as the coupon wouldn’t be tied to your H-E-B shopper’s card.
The terms of the offer also aren’t particularly clear. It says you need to buy a $30 iTunes gift card, but I’m not sure if that includes a variable load card or just one of the 3x $10 multipacks. Hopefully there’s some kind of in-store signage that explains more.
