McCormick & Schmick’s, Joe’s Crab Shack and Morton’s The Steakhouse are all Landry’s brands. I think in most cases gift cards for one Landry’s brand can be used at other Landry’s brands, although there are some exceptions.

I’m assuming the limit of 1 is per brand and per denomination, which means you could potentially buy 6 cards total.

Landry’s recently had a deal offering a 15% discount on their gift cards when buying directly, but this deal is actually much better. That’s because there are a few ways to stack the deal for even more savings/rewards.

First, click through from a shopping portal – here are the current rates. You can often get 10% cashback on Groupon purchases which, based on past experience, works on gift card purchases like these.

Second, pay with a Groupon gift card you bought at a discount, perhaps from the Staples or Lowe’s Amex Offers which expire at the end of this month. That can save you another ~10%. Alternatively, pay with a Chase card that’s enrolled in this offer for 10% back in Groupon Bucks.

If you earn 10% cashback through a shopping portal and save an additional 10% with a discounted gift card or by earning Groupon Bucks, that becomes a total discount of 32% which is very good.
