It’ll code as eGifter. You could try clicking through from a shopping portal to eGifter, then copy and paste the offer URL; there’s no guarantee it’ll track, but there’s no harm in trying.
As for best card to pay with, whichever card is normally best for you for eGifter purchases. I’ve never been able to get an order fulfilled from them, so I’m not sure if they code in an interesting way.
