Tips & Ideas
These types of discounted Visa gift card deals from Giftcards.com are always popular and surprisingly tend to last longer than expected normally considering they’re giving away free money. That’s because even with the relatively high purchase fees on these cards, you’ll name a profit when buying them thanks to the 5% discount.
When running these deals in the past, they’ve often subsequently added even more promo codes, so I’ll update this post is more codes appear.
Click through from a shopping portal to earn cashback or rewards. Don’t forget that several airline shopping portals are offering bonus miles/points right now when spending $x amount, so this Giftcards.com deal can be a good way of hitting those spending thresholds.
Although there’s a limit of $1,500 in spend for this promo code, some people have had success in the past using the code more than once. Update: apparently the limit of $1,500 isn’t being enforced.
There’s also a targeted Citi Merchant Offer giving 1.5% back as a statement credit on a purchase from Giftcards.com.
Code works for more than just $75. Can get $100 off if adding the maximum of $2000.
Hello. Does anyone have any data points on whether the AA shopping portal tracked your purchase and awarded the miles when using these discount codes (given that they are not listed on the AA shopping portal page)? Thanks!
it tracked before.
really appreciate if someone could hint on liquidate this kind of eVGC. all the usual ways from ft didn’t works. thanks,
Taxes, utility bills, medical bills, paypal cash using QR code (not free)
thanks, but all of these can’t liq to checking, and pp has tax implication i think.
You can load your Slide balance with them, though Slide isn’t as lucrative as it once was since the portals got nuked. But if you’re looking to liquidate to your checking account, I don’t know.
For those eligible, USAA membership portal is tracking for me.
Has anyone had the Citi 1.5% offer for giftcards.com actually track? I’ve tried it both with and without going through another portal simultaneously, and it never posts.
The consensus from DoC seems to be that the Citi 1.5% offer only tracks for branded gcs, not VGC/etc
All these codes expired.
