In theory, Happy Treats is the best deal here seeing as you can use those at GameStop and you’ll earn 10% G-Money Rewards. Their stores are closed right now, but you can hopefully use Happy cards for purchases on their website. I’m not certain about that though as I’ve never tried.
GameStop is likely in a lot of financial trouble right now and Happy Treats are physical gift cards, so it’ll take a few days for them to arrive by mail. That therefore adds some extra risk that GameStop will go out of business before you have a chance to redeem these.
GiftCards.com is available on most shopping portals, with TopCashback currently offering 5% for Happy gift cards. Stacking these deals will therefore net you up to 15% savings which is a decent return in addition to your credit card rewards.
