I think the best rate is 5% from TopCashback, but there have been reports before of these kinds of deals not tracking at 5%, so you’ll want to keep an eye on that.
Note that the Happy Student cards are physical cards which come with a $1.99 shipping fee per card, so that makes that deal less enticing. The Happy You cards come via email though, so no shipping fee for them.
