Gift card deals from GiftCardMall have been somewhat rare this year, so it’s nice to see some new deals. It’s a shame that it’s only for a $5 bonus load on $50 gift cards though; that’s effectively only a 9.1% discount on $55 worth and so there’s not much to be excited about for resellers.
The deal gets a little better depending on how the purchase tracks through shopping portals. TopCashback offers 5% cashback on Happy gift cards, but I don’t know if the same goes for Giving Good and Choice; they’re Happy-esque cards, but they might only track at 2%.
Another alternative is to click through from one of the airline shopping portals. Although most only offer 1x for GiftCardMall, they’re all running portal promotions at the moment where you earn bonus miles when hitting spending thresholds:
