Tips & Ideas
This is an awesome deal on a lot of these brands as many of them will be break even or profitable for reselling. Paying with a card that earns more at grocery stores sweetens the deal even further.
It figures that I spent much of the summer in the northeast and was always near a Stop & Shop; now these digital coupons come out and I’m in Virginia which doesn’t have any Giant, Martin’s or Stop & Shop stores nearby. I’ll just have to hope that Kroger comes out with something similar, although knowing my luck they’d launch coupons that would only be valid while I’m away for 40k To Faraway!
Be aware that you only get the instant discount when having a corresponding amount of groceries for the discount you should be receiving. If you take advantage of each of the digital coupons, you’d therefore also need to check out with at least $135 worth of groceries in your cart.
You may or may not see the Netflix digital coupon in your account. I didn’t have it in my accounts for any of the three grocery store chains but DoC has a screenshot of it, so it’s certainly available for some people.
Can you confirm the discount will be printed in the form of a coupon on the receipt when we buy the gift cards and can be used in the next purchase of groceries? Thanks.
I haven’t had an opportunity to take advantage of this deal, but my understanding is that the discount is applied instantly provided you purchase enough groceries at the same time, rather than it coming in the form of a coupon towards a future grocery shop.
