The weekly ad displays the brands listed above as being eligible for 1.5x Perks for every $100 of their gift cards. It might be that other brands are eligible too, but there’s no way of knowing without testing that because right now it looks like this is an in-store only offer rather than also being available online.
Update: This offer is available online after all. Giant Eagle doesn’t sell all cards online though; for example, Nike is missing online but is available in-store. Note that gift card purchases from Giant Eagle online are processed by Blackhawk Network and so don’t code as grocery purchases like in-store purchases do.
