Tips & Ideas
Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s and Bonefish Grill are all part of Bloomin’ Brands, so their gift cards and promo cards can all be used at each other’s restaurants. They can also be used at Fleming’s, although Fleming’s has a slightly different gift card promo at the moment.
Note that the free $10 promo card isn’t a regular gift card and so can’t be resold. Instead, it has to be used between May 13 and July 10, so you’ll want to set a reminder to use it.
This promotion is due to run until June 16, 2019. I’d therefore hold off buying for now and wait to see if any Amex Offers or Chase Offers appear for one or more of these brands. For example, I think there have been Carrabba’s Amex Offers in the past for ‘Spend $30, get $10 back’. If something similar appears, you could get a $50 gift card and $10 promo card for a net cost of only $40. Note that this will only work for in-restaurant gift card purchases – the ones sold online aren’t processed by the restaurants, so wouldn’t trigger an Amex Offer or Chase Offer.
