Gelson’s is a supermarket chain in Southern California. I’ve not shopped at one before, but they apparently have a gift card rack which means you could buy Visa or Mastercard gift cards to have the $10 statement credits offset the activation fees or buy third party gift cards like Best Buy or Amazon to save 20%.
It’s nice that there’s a limit of two, so you can save $20 across a couple of transactions.
