Due to the pandemic, Frequent Traveler University events have gone virtual until it’s safe to meet back up in person. The second virtual FTU is being held this Saturday (February 20, 2021) and yours truly will be speaking at one of the afternoon sessions in a session with Stefan Krasowski of Rapid Travel Chai.
As you might expect, the topic will be gift cards. More specifically, we’ll be covering gift card reselling – from some of the best sources of gift card deals to limiting your risk in case things go pear shaped (cough*The Plastic Merchant*cough)
Other sessions include Greg and Nick from Frequent Miler, so that one will be worth catching (and I’m not just saying that because Greg quite literally pays me seeing as I also write for Frequent Miler). Joe Cortez and Dustin Waller will be discussing the advantages of digital wallets, Leslie Harvey and Joe Cheung will be covering all things Disney, while Basic Travel Couple and Aaron Getz will be sharing more about bank account and brokerage bonuses. The event then closes with a virtual happy hour.
A full year’s FTU membership normally costs $129, but you can get that reduced to $69 right now by using promo code 60_OFF_FTU_ONLINE. If you’d prefer to just attend this event, you can do that for $25 – links to register are below.
Hope to (virtually) see you there 🙂
The discount code doesn’t seem to be working.
