However, it looks like Food City only lets you redeem 150 Fuel Bucks for 15c off per gallon, while on Wednesdays you can redeem 300 Fuel Bucks for 30c off per gallon. If you bought a $500 Visa gift card, that’s 2,500 Fuel Bucks and I doubt you’d be able to work your way through those points on fuel as Fuel Bucks expire at the end of the month after the month in which you earn them.
You can also redeem 300 Fuel Bucks for 5% off groceries on up to $100 spend, so that’s a way to get a bit more value out of an abundance of points that you might earn.
