It looks like 5x Fuel Bucks can save you up to 10% on gas any day of the week which is based on you being able to fill up to the maximum of 20 gallons. Food City doubles the savings on Wednesdays, so you can save 20% on gas midweek which is a good deal on brands like Home Depot.
At stores with no gas station, it looks like you can redeem the points for 5% savings on groceries instead which looks like it could be a good deal. If I’m correctly understanding how their program works, buying a $30 Home Depot gift card will earn you 150 Fuel Bucks which can in turn save you 5% on groceries. If you spent $100 on groceries, you’d be saving 16.67% based on your gift card spend which is a decent return.
