This is a great selection of high value gift cards, but this deal is still limited in its usefulness. That’s because of how Food City’s fuel program works. 150 Fuel Bucks can be redeemed for 15c off per gallon on up to 20 gallons, but it doesn’t look like you can redeem more Fuel Bucks than that other than Wednesdays where you can redeem 300 Fuel Bucks for 30c off per gallon.
If you were to buy a $30 gift card, you’d earn 150 Fuel Bucks. The 15c per gallon savings could save you a maximum of $3 which is 10% of the original purchase price. While that could make it worth buying brands like Target or Home Depot, it’s much harder to scale the deal seeing as you’re so limited on the redemption side.
