13% cashback is for when you pay by credit card, while 15% is when paying via bank transfer. While this isn’t as good as the 15% discount you can get from Best Buy right now, Fluz purchases can code in all kinds of interesting ways which could make it significantly better.
Unfortunately Fluz has just implemented a sucky new velocity limit and so you can’t buy the same value of gift cards within a certain amount of time – even the same value but for completely different gift card brands. I’ve only just encountered the issue and so don’t know yet how long you have to wait between transactions of the same value. Update: The velocity limit seems to be ~5 minutes.
