There was a similar set of offers recently, although that offered 2,500 points when spending $25. This offers fewer bonus points but also requires less spend.
There are a couple of Papa John’s-related offers here, plus other offers in the Fetch Rewards app which should also be earned. The first time you scan a Papa John’s receipt when you’ve spent $15+ you’ll earn 2,000 points which are worth $2 – I think that can only be earned one time. There’s a second offer giving 100 points (worth $0.10) for every Papa John’s receipt you scan which can be earned more than once.
Fetch Rewards has targeted offers, so there might be other eligible receipt offers. For example, sometimes they offer 300 points ($0.30) for the next receipt I scan, as well as 25 points ($0.025) for any restaurant/fast food receipt.
For this type of offer in the past I’ve been able to buy a gift card, so buying a $15 Papa John’s gift card for these offers should work. It can then be stacked with the dining credits on Hilton, Marriott and Delta Amex cards.
