This is a fairly good deal for personal use, but won’t be of as much interest for many resellers. The nice thing about the offer is that the $10 card is a regular gift card which doesn’t expire rather than being a promo card which expires in a few months.
eGifter accepts PayPal, so you could, in theory, use the Amex Platinum $30 PayPal credit for this. Be aware that gift cards are excluded, so Amex could potentially claw back the credit.
