15% off is a good deal on some of these brands, especially GameStop. Even better, GameStop gift cards can be bought as variable loads up to $500 which makes it easier for reselling.
One thing to be aware of is that Dollar General stores have velocity limits, so you can only buy $500 worth of GameStop gift cards within a certain amount of time of each other (I’m not sure what the specific time limit is). If you try buying more than $500 of GameStop gift cards, the first $500 card will activate fine, but subsequent cards won’t, but your credit card will still be charged which means they’ll have to refund your credit card.
If you want to buy multiple cards, it’s therefore best to drive to all the Dollar General stores in your area, then do another loop of them as the velocity limit should’ve reset by then.
