I don’t think this deal requires a digital coupon, so it should be possible to buy more than one in separate transactions. That might require visiting different stores or on different stays though if you don’t have a cashier willing to ring up multiple cards in separate transactions.
If you are wanting to buy multiple iTunes gift cards, Target is offering 10% off when buying two cards, so that might be an easier route, especially if you have a REDcard as you’ll get an extra 5% off.
