Update 5/4/21: Bitmo has confirmed that the $5 cards you get from this deal are Domino’s gift cards rather than other types of gift cards or 5,000 Perk Points.

There’s a separate Domino’s promotion being run by Bitmo at the moment. That one offers a total of 6,250 Perk Points when buying a $25 Domino’s gift card in the app, but this is a different deal.
To find it, go to Activity > Private and scroll down until you see the image above. When you tap on the image you should receive the following text from Bitmo:
As you can see, this is a different type of offer. Rather than buying a Domino’s gift card in the app, this offer gives $5 for every $25 you spend at Domino’s with a card you’ve linked in the app (that’s done using Plaid). That’s a pretty good return and should work when buying Domino’s gift cards in-restaurant, meaning you can pay with a card that earns more on dining purchases to make it even more rewarding. Alternatively, you could pay with an Amex card that has the $5, $10 or $20 dining credit through the end of the year.
What’s not entirely clear is how the $5 gift cards are awarded. My guess is that you’ll be getting $5 Domino’s gift cards. That’s because if they were planning on awarding the $5 as 5,000 Perk Points, I would’ve expected them to say that you’d be earning 5,000 Perk Points for each $25 spent at Domino’s. I’ve reached out to Bitmo to ask for confirmation as to how that works, so I’ll update this post once I’ve heard back from them.
Bitmo offers 1 Perk Point for every dollar you spend with linked cards at any retailer available in the app. That means you should earn 25 Perk Points for every $25 spent at Domino’s in addition to the $5 bonus gift. 25 Perk Points are only worth $0.25 and so that’s hardly a huge bonus, but every little helps.
It also looks like you can do this deal as many times as you like because there’s no limit listed and it says that bonus gifts are delivered weekly which suggests you can earn multiple $5 gift cards.
