These are some pretty good deals, especially if you have cards earning more at gas stations, provided your local Cumberland Farms code as gas. That includes the Chase Freedom, Freedom Flex and Citi Dividend cards as they’re all earning 5% this quarter.
Something important to be aware of is that the $5 discounts might not be coming off automatically, so be sure to check the total of the transaction before paying.

Like mentioned in your post the $5 off never worked on either Hulu or the other brands I tried. I had to abort the transaction and leave as there was no store manager to help. Few weeks back I saw the ad showing the sale. The ads are no longer there. But the ads did mention the sales runs till 9/6.
Two new gc deals running 9/7/22-10/25/22: $5 off $25+ Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, and $5 off $25+ Outback Steakhouse, Applebee’s, Regal Cinemas, and Hulu.
Tried Hulu and Dick’s and neither discount came off automatically. Similar to Ram Balasubramanian’s experience with the last deal, they couldn’t manually add the discount without the manager present. (Went late at night.) With the manual adjustment and the “+” language, I doubt you could get more than a $10 discount total per transaction.
