This offer is available both online and in-store; I believe the limit of 5 is enforced online (although the limits will hopefully reset in a couple of weeks), but that you can pick up more than that in-store. Be careful about hitting this deal too hard though as Costco might choose to shut down your account.

This deal can be break even or profitable for gift card reselling if you have access to high enough rates. It also represents decent savings if buying these Nutrisystem gift cards for personal use. If buying for personal use, you can stack these discounted gift cards with other offers to save even more.

I saw a Nutrisystem ad on TV the other day advertising a 50% off sale on their plans. The 50% off sale is available on all meal plans (at the time of writing this post) provided you pay for two months of food now. You’ll then continue saving 50% off each subsequent shipment and free shipping is included.

Stacking that offer with this deal for 45% off their gift cards means you’ll be saving 72.5% overall on Nutrisystem meal plans. My wife and I have never ordered from Nutrisystem before, so I’m not sure how overpriced their products are, but I imagine that saving 72.5% makes the cost of their meals far more reasonable.

I’m assuming the cashback/rewards will only be calculated based on the cost of the first two months of meal plans seeing as that’s what you pay for up-front, but if you’re lucky it’ll track based on the full year’s cost.

Be aware that Nutrisystem charges a fee if you cancel a plan sooner than your second shipment. Per their FAQs:

If you cancel after the first 14 days from the date that your order arrived and prior to paying for your second shipment, your payment method will credit Nutrisystem $125 for the auto delivery discount received on your first shipment.
