Update 10/12/20: The press release from Citi initially made it sound like the 7,500 points you earned would be based on $1,500 of spend due to 5x on up to 7,500 points.
The actual terms of the offer have now been released and they state that the 7,500 points is a bonus point limit. That means this is good on up to $1,875 of online spend rather than $1,500.

Citi apparently hasn’t notified customers of this offer yet, but all Prestige cardholders have this offer automatically loaded to their cards with no need for registration.
From a gift card perspective, the online spending category is the most interesting and so should be easy to max out due to the limit of $1,500 $1,875 of spend by the end of the year.
