Yeah, I’ve had that with Citi promos in the past. Try opening the link in incognito mode – sometimes there seems to be some kind of caching issue on their site.
Ah. Incognito still didn’t work. It leads me to this link which seem to suggest that I “AlreadyAcceptedChoice” ? Strange.
