As always, this is a poor use of Ultimate Rewards, especially if you have access to Pay Yourself Back on a Sapphire Preferred or Sapphire Reserve card. You can get more value by transferring to travel partners, but this might be useful if you only have no annual fee cards like the Freedom which doesn’t allow you to transfer points. Even then, many of these gift cards can be bought with discounts greater than 10%, so you’d be better off buying discounted cards and redeeming the Ultimate Rewards as statement credits.
