You’ll need to be quick to get this as it ends in the next hour. You have to add the 99% DoorDash boost to your card in the Cash App, then visit this site to buy a $50 DoorDash gift card. Although the site is a subdomain of LaunchGiftCards.com rather than DoorDash’s own website, there had been data points in the past that buying a DoorDash gift card from there triggers the DoorDash Boost.
I therefore bought a $50 DoorDash gift card just now and was only charged $0.50, so it definitely works. This is a fantastic deal, but you’ll need to be quick because it ends in the next hour.

I got one for me, but then when I tried for my wife it only showed the 10% Boost. Not sure if it ended early or if it’s a targeted offer.
In the Cash App, there’s a section where you can apply a Boost to your card which works a little like Amex Offers and Chase Offers. The difference is that they immediately credit you with the discount, rather than having to wait several days for it to show. You can only link one Boost at a time which is a little inconvenient, but this was a great offer.
I haven’t written a guide about the app yet. You get a physical debit card and can fund it via debit card from your main checking account. It’s probably useful for people who don’t have a regular checking account, but I just use it for these Boosts which can save you money on stuff you’d be spending money on anyway.

I spent considerable time tonight trying to purchase a gift card from Door Dash as the Door Dash App and website kept crashing for me but finally seemed to initially go thru, before it was immediately cancelled. I was wondering if Cash App had GC’s blocked from this boost but am very excited to know it worked for you.
Thanks to you (SP), I’m reasonably familiar with CashApp as I use it weekly for P1 & P2 for GC from places like grocery, CVS, Walmart, Walgreen’s, Home Depot etc for the last 6 mos. Any idiosyncrasies using Cash App with DoorDash that we should be aware of. I tried both with and without Apple Pay.
I’d never actually used the Cash App with DoorDash before – this was my first time. It took a few attempts before the payment went through; it got stuck processing for a couple of minutes and so I refreshed the page and it went back to the payment page. I’d assumed I wasn’t successful, but a few seconds later I got notification from the Cash App that I’d been charged the $0.50.
