2,000 bonus points are worth $8 when redeemed in-store or $0.40 off per gallon of gas. That makes this a pretty good deal, especially if you pay with a card that earns more at gas stations.
There’s a limit of one per purchase which makes it sound like you might be able to do this deal multiple times, just in separate transactions. I’m not certain about that though.

@Stephen Pepper has anyone reported being able to use credit card to buy gift card at Casey’s? I have tried couple of times with couple of employees with different credit cards at my location and the register declines it.
I haven’t heard reports of not being able to pay with a credit card, so I imagine that might be a store-specific issue rather than it being a restriction at all Casey’s stores.
I purchased three cards on three separate transactions, one right after the other, and received 2k points for each transaction within a few hours. So yes, you can do this deal multiple times.
