CashStar processes payments for Carter’s gift cards online, so buying them there won’t trigger the statement credit from this Chase Offer. However, you could buy Carter’s gift cards in-store to lock in the 10% discount.
It might be possible to make this even better too thanks to card-linked offers. At the time of publishing this post, Rakuten is offering 5%/5x when paying with a card linked in their in-store program. I think Dosh might offer cashback at Carter’s too when paying with a linked card.
