If you were to value the concessions promo card as good as cash, this works out to be a 23.1% discount which isn’t bad. Having said that, Regal Cinemas gift cards go on sale for 20% off pretty frequently, so the additional discount isn’t that big and you’re stuck with a card which can only be used over the course of 7 weeks this summer.
