Tips & Ideas
If you’re someone that eats at Panera Bread frequently, this deal could be worth doing as it’s not hard to spend $10 there. Just make sure you use the bonus card during June as it expires after that.
It’s not really possible to stack this offer with any other deals when ordering online as the purchase isn’t processed by Panera Bread themselves.
In-store is another matter though. First of all, you could purchase with a credit card that earns a bonus at restaurants. Potentially better is if you have a Chase Offer, BankAmeriDeal, etc., for Panera; I feel like I see them listed semi-frequently, albeit usually only for 5% or 10% back.
Another option is to take advantage of discounted Happy gift card deals. For example, there’s currently an Amex Offer giving $15 back or 1,500 Membership Rewards when spending $100 on Happy gift cards. Panera is one of the places you can use some of the Happy brands. You could therefore buy two $50 Panera Bread gift cards with a $100 Happy gift card and get two $10 eBonus cards. The end result is that you get $120 of value at Panera for $85 (or for $100 + 1,500 Membership Rewards), effectively a 29% discount.
