This is an OK deal if you can make use of both the Delta gift card and the Lyft Ride Credit. Note that the $25 Lyft Ride Credit can’t be resold as a gift card because it expires at the end of June.
Also note that even though the deal is hosted on Delta’s website, it looks like payment will be processed by CashStar. That means this wouldn’t stack with the Delta Amex Offer.
