Getting 20% off gift card brands like Bed Bath & Beyond, Macy’s and Lowe’s is an excellent deal and so will be profitable for reselling. Pay with a card that earns more at grocery stores to make this more rewarding.
There are a few issues with doing that. One is that the title of this deal already took up three lines, so adding TX, LA & AR would likely push it to four lines which is excessive.
It also makes it tricky for chains that aren’t particularly small, but which are still a fairly decent size like Hy-Vee and Publix. They have a presence in 6+ states, so including those states in every post title would take up too much space.
I’ve started including states for Price Chopper because there are two different Price Chopper chains – one in MO & KS and one in NY & PA – so it’s more important in those cases to differentiate between the two different chains.
Another problem with including states in titles is keeping track of which states have a presence in which states and keeping up with them when they open stores in new states. I check the weekly ads for 40+ grocery chains each week, so knowing which specific states they all operate in isn’t really viable. Hopefully readers will know if they have a Brookshire Brothers near them; if they’re not sure, they can check if there’s one near them and then they can ignore future Brookshire Brothers posts if they don’t have one nearby.
