When Bitmo has run these types of deals in the past, it’s been possible to buy $200 worth of gift cards at the increased earning rate every rolling 24 hours, so I’d expect the same to be the case here. There might be a limit of $250 though, so it’s worth seeing if you can buy more if you’re interested.
